Pricing questions
Do all plans really include unlimited team members?
Yes. Every IRONGRID plan includes unlimited team members at no extra charge. We don't believe in charging more as your crew grows — you pay for capabilities, not headcount.
What does the active work order limit mean?
The limit applies to work orders that are currently open or in progress at the same time — not your total lifetime count. Completed or archived work orders don't count against your limit. Starter supports up to 10 concurrent active work orders, Pro supports up to 50, and Business is unlimited.
What's included in the 14-day Pro trial?
You get full access to every Pro feature for 14 days — invoicing, time tracking, analytics, payment collection, everything. At the end of your trial you can choose any plan, including Starter.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable after 30 days.
Are there any fees on electronic payments?
Payment processing fees apply when clients pay electronically through an invoice link. Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay: 3.3% + 30¢. ACH bank transfer: flat fee based on invoice size — $10 for invoices up to $5,000, $20 up to $20,000, $35 above $20,000 (minimum invoice $1,000). Klarna: 5–6% + 30¢. Affirm: 6% + 30¢. Check payments have no processing fee.
What payment methods do you accept for my subscription?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). All subscription payments are processed through our PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.
